SPST Permission for Photographs: There may be occasions when the swimmers may be photographed or videoed while participating at SPST activities. Please let us know, below, if you allow us to print or publish your child's (children's) picture (possibly including his/her name) in the local newspapers; or on the Saffin Pond Swim Team Website/Social Media. Liability and Waiver

RELEASE In consideration of my child’s acceptance on the Saffin Pond Swim Team, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrator, waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for which I may have or which may hereafter er accrue to me against Saffin Pond Swim Team, its officers, Morris County Parks Commission and any other persons, individually or collectively, connected with Saffin Pond Swim Team events, from all responsibility for any injuries sustained by my child during any scheduled practice, meet, event or activity authorized by Saffin Pond Swim Team for the entire season. Code of Conduct

The purpose of this Code of Conduct Contract is help SWIMMERS develop good sportsmanship, show respect for others, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for all, regardless of their age.


Swimmers should always:
1. Have FUN!
2. Work hard to improve your skills.
3. Be a good team member. This means getting along with all your teammates and encouraging them.
4. Respect your coaches, your teammates, your parents, your opponents and officials.
5. Compete/participate in a spirit of fair play.
6. Learn and follow all swim team rules.

NJRLL League Registration

NJRLL is now requiring a registration fee of $5.00 per athlete to compete as a swimmer in the NJRLL League. Upon acceptance of this fee you agree to the following terms.

The undersigned, on behalf of myself, my child, other parent and all other heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns, release and forever discharge North Jersey Regional Lake League(NJRLL), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation and their officers, agents, employees, representatives, or independent contractors from any and all claims and demands of every kind, nature, and character which I may have or may hereafter acquire for any kind of damages, losses or injuries which may be suffered or sustained by me, my child or charge in connection with our activities during the period for which such permissions is granted and any period traveling to and from the event described, and all such claims are hereby waived and released and I covenant not to sue therefore. The undersigned understands that this event is subject to the rules and regulations of North Jersey Regional Lake League(NJRLL) and such privileges of use may be refused any time.
